calibriant provides AI-powered financial assistance services designed to help users organize financial information, analyze data, and receive personalized recommendations. Our services include:

• Debt Resolution Navigator for managing multiple debt obligations
• Childcare Center Financial Operations for early education businesses
• Widowhood Financial Transition for life transition support

Services are provided on a subscription basis with monthly billing cycles. Service availability and features may vary by subscription tier.

5. User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

Our Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing:

• Debt Resolution Navigator: SGD 378 per month
• Childcare Center Financial Operations: SGD 1,288 per month
• Widowhood Financial Transition: SGD 1,488 per month

Fees are billed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as indicated during checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction period for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After this period, fees are non-refundable.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' advance notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

8. Service-Specific Terms

Financial Assistance Nature

calibriant provides organizational tools and AI-powered recommendations. We are not licensed financial advisors, investment advisors, or debt counselors. Our Service:

• Provides information and analysis, not financial advice
• Does not guarantee specific financial outcomes
• Should not replace consultation with licensed professionals
• Does not create a fiduciary relationship

User Decision Authority

You retain complete control over all financial decisions. Our recommendations serve as information for your consideration, not directives requiring implementation.

9. Disclaimers

Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Achievement of specific financial results

Nothing in our Service constitutes legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. Consult with appropriate licensed professionals for such guidance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

• calibriant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for losses resulting from your decisions based on Service recommendations
• We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or actions

These limitations apply whether liability arises from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless calibriant, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Conduct that harms or could harm calibriant or other users

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction
